The sickness
Dear Sick People,
You should not be in the office if you are feeling ill. We are all busy, so I understand that the fear of falling behind or losing control of a project might cause you to think that you need to be here regardless of the state of your health. However, having sick people (you) in the building leads to more sick people. And at a time when the flu is hitting LA like a tidal wave, we need to do everything in our power to avoid starting our own personal pandemic.
I appreciate your dedication to getting your work done, but if you are sick I need you to leave the building. Coordinate with your supervisor to manage any work that is time critical… and then get out.
